The complete Hifz management platform for modern madrasahs.

Paper diaries record lessons, but they can’t reveal trends, predict weaknesses or help you understand every student’s journey.

Hifz Lens makes the invisible visible.

Everything teachers, students, parents and school leaders need to record, understand and improve every student’s Hifz journey.

Spend less time logging. More time teaching.

Hifz Lens understands each student’s current position, targets and lesson history to prepare the most likely lesson before the teacher begins. As the teacher makes changes, pages and positions update automatically—keeping logging fast without taking control away from the teacher.

  • Predicts the most likely new lesson using the student’s targets, current position and previous progress.
  • Uses the selected Mushaf layout and lesson amount to calculate the page and exact position the student is likely to reach.
  • Prepares previous and revision ranges from the student’s current Hifz position, lesson history and revision cycle. For revision, Hifz Lens can show both the most likely next range and the range the student should ideally revise to stay on track.
  • Recalculates pages and positions automatically whenever the teacher adjusts the amount completed.

Every prediction is transparent, fully editable and optional. The teacher always makes the final decision.

Getting started is simpler than you think.

Getting started with Hifz Lens is designed to be simple. Set up your school once, begin recording lessons, and let the platform build a clearer picture of every student’s Hifz as you continue teaching.

Set up your school

Add your teachers, classes and students, then record each student’s current Hifz position and targets. This is a one-time setup that prepares Hifz Lens to understand every student’s journey.

Start recording lessons

Teachers simply record daily lessons as part of their existing routine. Hifz Lens handles the organisation and keeps everything connected behind the scenes.

Watch the bigger picture emerge

Every lesson adds to a complete learning history. As weeks and months pass, trends, revision health and student progress become increasingly meaningful.

You teach. Hifz Lens makes the invisible visible.

Why move from paper and scattered records to Hifz Lens?

Faster daily logging

Rule-based prefills and quick-fill ranges help teachers record lessons without slowing the class.

One student history

Easier oversight

Allow school leaders to see class analytics and activity without relying only on verbal updates.

Better continuity

Preserve lesson history when teachers, schedules or classes change.

Shared accountability
